1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 222ace website and creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 222ace will not be responsible for losses resulting from you sharing your account access with another person. 4. KYC Identity Verification

In accordance with standard financial compliance requirements, 222ace conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification on player accounts. This is a one-time process completed through your account dashboard and is required before any withdrawal can be processed.

KYC verification typically requires submission of:

5. Deposits

Deposits must come from a payment account that belongs to you. 222ace does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods held in another person's name. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on this platform.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed at the point of deposit. 222ace does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside our control.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. All withdrawals are processed in PHP to the payment method associated with your account. Withdrawals are generally directed to the same payment method category used for your corresponding deposit.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours to one business day after approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days from the point of processing.

222ace reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Withdrawals to accounts in a name other than the verified account holder will not be approved.

If a promotional bonus is active on your account, withdrawals may be restricted until wagering requirements associated with that bonus are met. Attempting to withdraw before completing applicable requirements may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided as stated in the relevant bonus terms.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

Promotional offers at 222ace are subject to individual terms and conditions that are displayed with each offer before opt-in. These terms include but are not limited to: wagering requirements, qualifying game categories, minimum deposit amounts, maximum bet limits while using bonus funds, and offer expiry dates.

Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable and must be played through in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before any resulting balance becomes available for withdrawal. If a bonus expires before the wagering requirement is met, the remaining bonus balance and associated winnings are forfeited.
